Toni-Diane Donnet is a Broker with the KW Commercial and owns her own company, Tova Realty, Inc. She was one of the founding members of KW Commercial. Ms. Donnet has her own commercial real estate practice, working directly with investor clients, specializing in commercial development, hospitality, and off market mixed use. In 2016 and 2018, Ms. Donnet was a finalist as Broker of the Year for San Diego County. Since 2012, Ms. Donnet has served as a Mediator for Real Estate Mediation Center (REMC), the mediation arm of the San Diego Association of Realtors.(SDAR). In 2013, Ms. Donnet became a member of Risk Management at the San Diego Association of Realtors, a position she still holds. In 2014, Ms. Donnet became a member of the Legal Forum for the California Association of Realtors, C.A.R. Ms. Donnet is an active, licensed member of the California State Bar. Between 1985 and 2008, Ms. Donnet was a trial lawyer in San Diego, California. From 1992 - 2008, Ms. Donnet served as a Mediator for the San Diego Superior Court and was an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. From 2000 to 2008, Ms. Donnet wrote a bimonthly legal column in the San Diego Union-Tribune called "Your Legal Right." In 2001, Ms. Donnet created Cover Your Ad, a legal compliance advertisement tool used by California newspapers throughout the state. These rules and regulations are applicable to real estate advertising today. Since 2008, Ms. Donnet has focused primarily on her commercial real estate practice.
