Tommy Tucker

Tommy specializes in the sale of multi-tenant shopping centers and single-tenant net leased properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area and across the southwest. He has closed more than 255 transactions totaling over 6 Million square feet with an aggregate value in excess of $1 Billion. Tommy was formerly a Senior Vice President with United Commercial Realty (UCR) where he helped escalate its Investment Sales team to national recognition. He was a top producer within UCR in 2012 and 2013. Previous to UCR Tommy was with Marcus & Millichap, a national investment sales brokerage with over 70 offices in the US. Tommy was a Top 30 Retail Broker in Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group in 2009 and 2010, a membership which includes more than 300 agents. In addition, he was the number two retail agent within Texas over those same two years. Born and raised in Houston, Tommy Tucker has lived his entire life in Texas. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance and has lived in Dallas since 2004. Now married with four children, Tommy has his roots planted firmly in Texas.
