Tommy McCafferty – Principal and Managing Director of Legacy Realty Partners, a newly founded commercial real estate firm, brings a strong leadership presence and strategic vision to the company. He began his career specializing in retail in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and over the years has built extensive experience across all facets of commercial real estate—with a particular focus on retail tenant representation. Tommy’s expertise spans market analysis, site selection, property sales, financial analysis, and negotiation services, making him a trusted partner for both tenants and landlords. His capabilities are further elevated by a track record of developing and executing highly effective market penetration strategies that exceed client expectations. What sets Tommy apart is his deep market knowledge, relentless approach to deal-making, and commitment to client success. Tommy is known for his collaborative, team-driven approach. He appreciates the value and support of a high-performing team and the use of cutting-edge information systems in order to deliver top-tier service. He has successfully led tenant representation for a wide range of national and regional brands in Western Pennsylvania, including Raising Cane’s, COhatch, Choice Hotels, Darden, Top Golf, Carter’s and OshKosh, Pet Supplies Plus, Urban Air, Express Wash Concepts, CAVA, and Piada Italian Street Food, among many others. On the leasing side, Tommy has played a key role in some of the region’s most prominent projects, including SouthSide Works, The Waterfront, Miracle Mile Shopping Center, Streets of Cranberry, and The Piazza at South Fayette. Tommy, along with his team at Legacy, currently lease over 5.6 million square feet in the Western Pennsylvania region. A graduate of Washington & Jefferson College with a degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Studies, Tommy lives in the South Hills of Pittsburgh with his wife, Erin, and their four children.
