Tommy McCafferty, Vice President, joined CBRE in 2020. He specializes in retail properties with experience in market analysis and site selection, property sales, exclusive listing and marketing, financial analysis, tenant representation and negotiation services. Prior to joining CBRE, Tommy served as Vice President of Retail Brokerage at Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis specializing in tenant representation in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. His market knowledge and tenacity in deal making has always been what separates him from the competition.
