Tommy Lewis, Partner of Coldwell Banker Commercial/Lewis Realty Group, Inc. joined the Lewis Team in January, 2000. With his wealth of new marketing ideas along with an aggressive approach to sales, Tommy’s impact to the CBC/LRG team was instantaneous. Tommy received a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts at the University of Texas at El Paso where he represented UTEP on a full golf scholarship. His leadership on the golf team enabled him to serve as a vital role for the NCAA Athletic Advisory Committee and he continued to play on the professional golf tour for three years. Tommy has become a candidate member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute pursuing the coveted CCIM designation. He has been active in the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Program, served as president of the Sunturians Organization, sits on the UTEP Golf Century Club Board of Directors, and has served on the Board of Directors for The Sun Bowl Association. Tommy’s primary discipline is in General Commercial Investment Real Estate where he has exclusively served as a partner and oversaw the land acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition of master planned commercial projects worth over $35,000,000. Within just his third year in the commercial real estate business Tommy successfully represented a retail investor in a $14,000,000 transaction. Tommy Lewis has also represented clients of all sizes, where he believes a successful assignment stems being relationship driven rather than transaction driven. Tommy has received the coveted Circle of Distinction award seven times and was recognized by Coldwell Banker Commercial for being in the Top Two percent for production among over 2,000 agents nationally by Coldwell Banker Commercial Corporate.
