Tommy Gibbs

Mr. Gibbs joined ShopCore in February of 2017 as a Leasing Director. He has over 13 years of leasing experience with a primary focus on retail. Mr. Gibbs is responsible for the leasing of over 3.5 million square feet throughout California and Washington. Previously, Mr. Gibbs served as an Associate Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield and Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate. In these roles, his primary focus was the leasing and sale of grocery-anchored shopping centers throughout Southern California. Mr. Gibbs holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Economics from Baylor University and is an active member of both Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC) and the NAIOP San Diego Chapter.
