Tom Wohlgemuth

As Senior Advisor, Tom combines his years of consultative sales and technology background with the team’s vast existing knowledge of multifamily investment sales in the greater Mid-Atlantic area. Tom joins the team following five years as Senior Account Executive at CoStar Group in Baltimore. While at CoStar, he worked with hundreds of commercial real estate managers, developers, and investors, helping them leverage actionable real estate data and analytics. Tom’s knowledge and the network he developed supporting Baltimore’s commercial real estate industry, his dedication to detail and efficiencies, and devotion to placing his clients’ needs first made him a natural fit with Harbor Stone Advisors. Tom graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B.A. in Communication and Media Studies, and concentrations in Business Administration and English. Shortly after graduation, Tom moved to Baltimore to be closer to his family’s roots in Annapolis. Tom enjoys fly fishing, boating, and snowboarding or skiing every chance he gets.
