Tom Thompson

Tom Thompson is a real estate investment specialist who focuses on retail shopping centers under 50,000 square feet and net leased properties involving dollar concepts, quick serve restaurants and breakfast concepts. His four-decade track record of professional success includes extensive executive experience in both commercial real estate development and construction. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2011, he brings a significant depth and breadth of understanding of all facets of the bigger picture with which to serve his clients. On the personal side, Tom enjoys life with his wife of forty years, their two grown children and two granddaughters. He especially enjoys reading, traveling, golf and is an active member of First Baptist Church Orlando.
