About Thomas P. Snyder: Tom has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and he has joined the Michigan Business Brokers Association to bring his transactional experience to business sales. Prior to becoming a commercial real estate broker in 2002, he worked as a corporate real estate executive with a legal background. Having worked for both a tenants and landlords and buyers and sellers, he has an insightful perspective on the motivations and concerns of both parties to a commercial real estate transaction.
