Tom Shelton

Tom Shelton MRICS is a Chartered Surveyor with over 14 years experience. Specialising in agency, Tom started his career working in London for niche West End firm Tuckerman where he spent seven years and held the position of Associate Director before moving back to his home town of Sheffield where he headed up the agency team at Lambert Smith Hampton. A move to Leeds followed to agency and development surveyors Fox Lloyd Jones, then a brief stint heading up Barnsdales’ Sheffield office before joining Crosthwaite Commercial. Tom started out in office agency but now covers all sectors as well as property development.
