Thomas K. Semancik has been actively involved in the sale of commercial real estate in Arizona since May of 1993. Prior to that he sold and financed commercial real estate in Northern California for over 10 years. Prior to commercial real estate brokerage Mr. Semancik was employed by, Levi Strauss & Co. in various financial and operational management positions in several locations over a period of 10 years. His final position with Levi Strauss was as Director of Finance, Planning and Systems, for Levi’s Womenswear Division, a business with over $300,000,000 annual sales.
