Tom Rettaliata, has been with RIPCO Real Estate since 1998, where he serves as a Managing Director and Partner in their Long Island office. Over the years, Tom has played a key role with the company’s roster of landlord and national tenant representation assignments. Concentrating mainly within suburban New York, the New York City outer boroughs, Westchester, and Northern New Jersey, Tom has successfully represented landlords the likes of Getty Realty, Spartan Petroleum and Colin Management. He has also represented significant national brands including BJs Wholesale Club, Darden Restaurants (Olive Garden, Long Horn Steakhouse, Bahama Breeze, Yard House, The Capital Grille, and Seasons 52), Red Lobster, Ignite Restaurants (Joe’s Crab Shack and Brick House Brewery), Panera Bread, Sports Authority, Chuck E. Cheese’s, Jos A. Bank Clothiers, Vitamin Shoppe, TD Bank, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Dollar Tree, Harmon Face Values, Bed, Bath & Beyond, The Tile Shop and several other major restaurant chains and banks. Additionally, clients also benefit from Tom’s site selection expertise, and his deep relationships with other brokerage firms, land owners, shopping center owners and developers. Tom has a B.A. from Drew University and a J.D. from St. John’s University. Prior to his career in Real Estate, Tom was an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, New York.
