Tom Quinlan

Tom has recently joined Colliers as a Vice President and will partner with the Industrial Services Team. Prior to joining Colliers, Tom Quinlan was an integral member of CBRE Tampa’s Industrial Brokerage team. Specializing in the representation of industrial landlords and tenants, Mr. Quinlan focuses on developing client relationships and identifying financial savings opportunities. Prior to joining CBRE, Tom was at Newmark working with the industrial brokerage team in Tampa. Tom also held the position of business manager at SEI Investments in Pennsylvania, where he was a key decision maker for the financial planning and business performance of the SEI Private Trust Company. Mr. Quinlan graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. During his tenure at Franklin & Marshall College, he was an active member of The Harwood Leadership Program, as well as an NCAA Division 1 wrestler.
