Tom Palazzo
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Palazzo serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Fortis Property Group, LLC. In this role, he oversees accounting, auditing, treasury, corporate finance, taxation, and treasurer functions. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Palazzo has a diverse background in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy in both the public and private sectors. Prior to his current position, he held the Chief Financial Officer role at The Chapman Group and RedSky Capital LLC. The former company focused on real estate management, development, parking garages, and hospitality holdings, while the latter was involved in retail, Class A office space, and residential units in Brooklyn and South Florida. Before his CFO roles, Mr. Palazzo held senior leadership positions at Arbor Realty Trust and Emmes Asset Management Company (now Vanbarton Group) after starting his career in public accounting, including at Friedman LLP. Mr. Palazzo earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Hofstra University.
