Tom Nicoll

Tom started his career with Allsop in 2015 after graduating from the University of Leeds with a degree in mechanical Engineering. Tom then completed a Masters Degree at London Southbank University in Property Development and Planning. Since joining Allsop, Tom worked in the Receivership team before moving into City Agency in 2016 and securing a permanent role. Tom qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in spring 2018. Tom specialises in providing both Landlords and Tenants with commercial leasing advice in the City of London and Hackney. This ranges from acquiring new premises for companies to advising Landlords on redevelopment opportunities as well as undertaking full leasing campaigns.
