Monge moved to the Wood River Valley in 1977 to open a Mortgage Banking Office and a Real Estate Appraisal and Consulting business, along with a small Boutique Real Estate Brokerage. In 1996, Monge joined Sun Valley Associates as an Associate Broker/Consultant/Partner and has listed and sold all types of Real Estate from Hotel/Motels, Investment Commercial Properties, Residential and Vacant Land to large Farm & Ranches. With Monge's vast experience within the real estate community of the Wood River Valley and throughout the State of Idaho, it is widely noted that if you want to talk real estate, then Monge is the person to call!!
