Tom Miller

As an executive managing director for Newmark’s office agency group, Tom Miller is recognized as one of Atlanta’s most creative and aggressive third-party leasing agents due to his leasing track record and history of creating value within his client’s assets. Over the past 20 years Miller has leased over 10M square feet of office space which generated over $1B in revenues for his client’s assets. Mr. Miller has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to Newmark, he held senior positions at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) and Insignia/ESG prior to the firm’s merger with CBRE in 2003. From 1996 to 2001, he served as an investment sales broker at Cushman & Wakefield after starting his career in 2003 with U.S. Realty Consultants and Landauer Associates on the valuation side of the business.
