Tom McGovern

Tom McGovern joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly CPS) in 2007 and currently serves as Managing Director focusing on Corporate Services and Tenant Representation. Tom brings more than 29 years of commercial real estate knowledge and experience. Most recently, he served as Principal at Cresa Partners from 1996 to 2007. Prior to that, Tom was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young where he consulted with companies to create strategic real estate plans.
