Tom Mathews is a retail specialist.
A native Denverite, Tom started his real estate career over 30 years ago as a retail leasing specialist. Over the span of his career he has since expanded his services to include all aspects of commercial real estate: tenant representation, investment sales, big box disposition, land sales and development services. In 2012, Tom began to shift his focus to use his extensive background to service faith-based clients, schools and non-profits. As a retail specialist, Tom has either been the service provider or completed transactions with: Albertson’s, BBVA Compass, Beauty Brands, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Boot Barn, Boyer’s Coffee, Candlewood Suites, Chase Bank, Chrysler, Ford, Darden Restaurants- Olive Garden & Red Lobster, Ecotech Institute, J. Alexander’s, King Soopers, Old Navy, REI, Safelite AutoGlass, Safeway, Sears, See’s Candies, Starbucks, TGI Friday’s, The Home Depot, Walgreens, Wendy’s, Wells Fargo. Over the course of his career, Tom has sold 16 multi-tenant retail centers, most were grocery anchored. Also, Tom was honored as Boot Barn’s National Broker of the Year for 2014.
