Tom joined KLM in 2013 from Burns Property and has 4 years experience in the retail and leisure sector. He primarily focusses on asset management of High Street properties and shopping centres across the UK. His clients include Capital & Regional, Moorfield, Plus Shops, Rockspring and Mayfair Capital. Tom is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Shop Agents Society. He enjoys music, skiing, golf and plays football for his local team. He is a passionate follower of Liverpool FC.
