Tom Hyman

Tom Hyman has been in the real estate industry since 1981. Of his 30+years in the industry, the majority of his experience is a as a leading apartment investment broker in the SF East Bay area. Tom began his real estate career in midtown Manhattan from 1981-1985, before moving to the SF Bay area in 1986. As the co-founder and principal of Hyland Properties, Tom has sold over 100 apartment buildings and has overseen the sales of over 200 buildings. As the designated broker for Hyland Properties from 1987-2002, Tom has represented individuals, investment companies and lending institutions.
