Tom Greene
Tom is a seasoned entrepreneur and retail real estate expert with over 40 years of business and site selection experience.
Tom has been a successful entrepreneur with over forty years of progressive experience in building new businesses, concentrating on development and implementation of marketing and distribution programs and strategies. Tom’s most recent venture was as principal of a La-Z-Boy retail furniture galleries business where, under his guidance, the company grew to include four retail stores and distribution facilities in Fairfield and New Haven counties. Tom has a broad and well-established real estate background with specific expertise in retail commercial real estate, including site selection and planning, demographic and property/lease negotiations. Tom’s retail experience as business owner, landlord and site selector gives him a broad perspective for the retail client. Tom is a graduate of Middlebury College in Middlebury, VT and is proud to have served in the US Army as First Lieutenant.
