Tom Good

Tom joined Duncan & Bailey Kennedy in 2017 from a global real estate advisory firm. He has worked in the field of Property Management across a range of mixed use buildings in London and has over 6 years of property experience. Currently, Tom assists Stephen Bailey-Kennedy in all aspects of Development and Investment Agency, as well as providing support to the Management Team. Growing up and living locally, Tom attended John Hampden Grammar School in High Wycombe, before attending the University of Portsmouth, where he achieved a BA Hons Degree. He also spent 3 years working within residential lettings and management at Paradigm Housing and has a good knowledge of High Wycombe and the surrounding Home Counties. Away from the office, Tom is a keen runner, supporter of Arsenal and enjoys attending music festivals and gigs.
