Tom Drake

Tom has over 15 years experience working in commercial property. He started his career at Ladbrokes, specialising in Agency and Landlord & Tenant work on the companies UK wide property portfolio. He then moved into General Practice working for southern M25 firm Altus Maxwell Brown, specialising in office and industrial agency, before returning to his home town of Northampton in 2014. Tom focusses on all areas of General Practice work, but his key specialisms include Agency, Lease Advisory and Acquisition projects. He is a Chartered Surveyor and a Registered Valuer. Tom is Chairman of the East Midlands branch of the Industrial Agents Society, a member of the Office Agents Society and Vice-Captain of the RICS Hockey Club.
