Tom Conwell serves as a Senior Vice President at Kidder Mathews Sacramento office. For over 20 years, Conwell has provided full-service real estate solutions in Northern California. His emphasis is in Sacramento and the surrounding counties of Placer, El Dorado, Yolo and San Joaquin. He specializes in all areas of commercial real estate such as office, retail, land and industrial to name a few. Conwell represents a variety of clients including institutional and regional landlords, local and multi-market tenants, owner-user buyers and real estate investors. Conwell began his commercial real estate career with Bishop Powers, Inc. in 2003. During his tenure, he was named Rookie of the Year by Bishop Powers, Inc. and was nominated Rookie of the Year by the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE).
