Thomas is an Assistant Vice President with Edge Realty Partners in Austin. He specializes in tenant representation, project leasing and land transactions. Thomas provides strategic planning for tenants such as Gold’s Gym, Urban Air, Alamo Drafthouse, Kohl’s, Advance Auto Parts, Dairy Queen, Schlotzsky’s, Eyemart Express, Modern Market and Grub Burger Bar, among others. Thomas graduated from Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution Engineering and a Minor in Business. In his free time, Thomas enjoys fellowship with his friends and family, spending time in the Austin outdoors, eating food in the Austin indoors, and watching sports – especially the Aggies.
