Tom Bruss

Tom joined Commercial Property Associates, Inc. in 1994 and became a partner in 2004. In February, 2017, he raised his experience and expertise to a new level, as one of the original “founders” of Founders 3 Commercial Real Estate Services. He has extensive experience with prominent national retail tenants, and on the landlord side, represents many national and regional owners and developers by marketing their various properties regionally.
