Tom Boyle

Since 1992, Tom has managed a variety of real estate projects. He has worked with numerous national developers and completed transactions in all of Chicago’s 23 sub-markets. Tom is active in a number of industry and non-industry associations, including Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Treasurer of the SIOR Chicago Board of Directors (Current), Past President of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois and Wisconsin. Tom is very active in several fundraising and non-profit activities. He is a Founding Board Member of The Chicago Community Loan Fund and Emmaus Ministries as well as a former full-time volunteer at Covenant House, a homeless shelter for children under 21 in New York City. Tom graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
