Todd Woerpel / BIO (2025) With over 25 years of experience as a licensed Realtor, Todd offers clients a distinguished background in commercial real estate sales and leasing, as well as residential and lakefront luxury homes experience. His knowledge of the local real estate market, particularly the unique dynamics of living within a National Park, offers valuable insight into the economic and cultural diversity shaped by both tourism and retirement in the Hot Springs area. Todd’s strong personal and professional relationships with business leaders at the local, state, and national levels provide his clients with exceptional resources and added value throughout every step of a real estate transaction. Todd has a strong conviction for giving back to the community. He served as a board member for the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS®, the 2011 Chairman of the Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce, 2017 Chairman of the Hot Springs Metro Partnership (the area’s economic development organization), District Chairman for the Boy Scouts of America and numerous fundraising efforts for Special Olympics of Arkansas, Habitat for Humanity and Cans for Kids. For his efforts, Todd was named 2022 Hot Springs Realtor of the Year. Originally from northwest Kansas, Todd enjoys live music, attempts to play guitar, and enjoys a good game of Baggo. He is an avid Kansas State Wildcat football fan but also follows all Arkansas Razorback sports. Todd is married and has two daughters.
