
As a Boulder native, Todd Walsh brings special knowledge of the Boulder County market to his position as broker for the Colorado Group. He specializes in commercial office, industrial and retail leasing and sales. Todd started his career in commercial real estate in 2003 and has since closed over $40 million in commercial transactions an average of $10M per year. Todd makes a point to stay active in the community by serving non-profits, such as Make a Wish Foundation, as well as local trade organizations, such as the Commercial Brokers of Boulder, and the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors. Prior to becoming a commercial broker, Todd worked at Storage Technology Corporation as an Asset Manager. There he focused on expense and cost efficiency and was directly responsible for the financial analysis of a multi-million dollar budget. Todd graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder where he studied finance and economics. During his college career, Todd attended school in Perth, Australia, where he took classes in International Business Relations and Corporate Finance and Investment. Todd is an avid traveler and outdoorsman. As a life-long resident of Boulder, he takes advantage of all Colorado has to offer, enjoying fly fishing, skiing, hiking, camping, and biking.
