Todd Taugner

Todd Taugner, SIOR, Principal, is one of the partners in The Klabin Company. He has been instrumental in the growth of the firm and one of the top producing members of the team since starting his career at The Klabin Company more than 30 years ago. Todd has local, regional, national and international experience in the representation of owners and users of industrial/R&D and office property. He specializes in the management of his clients’ real estate needs, be they acquisition (for lease or purchase) or disposition (sublease and sales), locally, regionally and nationally. Todd is a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) and the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR). Todd and his wife are second generation Los Angelenos who raised a third generation in Hermosa Beach. They have three adult children. Todd enjoys volleyball and skiing but remains a surfer at heart.
