Known as a highly regarded successful senior executive with over 30 years of industry experience, Todd has made significant contributions at leading global real estate organizations including Westfield Corporation, Heitman Financial and Equity Office Properties where, collectively in senior executive positions, he has been responsible for billions of dollars’ worth of high-quality assets and actively involved in thousands of deal transactions. In a leadership role, Todd takes pride in leading the team by being collaborative and supportive. Operating with a high degree of integrity, he inspires people with a shared vision of the future setting clearly defined goals and motivating people towards them. Managing both large and small teams, Todd has enjoyed a high degree of success delivering projects on-time and at budget. Todd is a graduate of the University of Iowa and of the Stanford University Senior Executive Training Program, is a licensed California real estate broker, has earned a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from Building Owners and Managers International (BOMI), is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a member of the United States Tennis Association (USTA). Todd was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and currently resides in Calabasas, California.
