Todd Schneidewind

Todd has a strong background in business and entrepreneurship. His experience includes more than ten years of telecommunications sales and several redevelopment projects throughout Omaha. Todd became involved with real estate by flipping and investing in properties. In 2005, he was a General Contractor for Arbor Creek Apartments, a 12-unit apartment complex near 78th and Dodge Streets in Omaha, Nebraska. He also redeveloped an existing 25-year-old retail strip center on 90th and Blondo streets in Omaha, and turned it into a 24,000-square-foot investment property. Todd is an expert in custom-engineered steel buildings, and regularly works with American Structures Company. He is also the owner of Eagle Mortgage Company, which provides mortgage and refinance services throughout Nebraska and Iowa.
