Todd Rigby

As 2014 begun, it brought new opportunities for Rigby and Associates Real Estate. As Todd has been involved in Real Estate / Construction for 15+ years, Rigby and Associates Real Estate has recently been created. RA Real Estate will continue to build off their knowledge and success of working and partnering with area real estate and construction companies. RA Real Estate has partnered with McBride Property Management to build the property management division of Rigby and Associates. As the Broker of Record, Todd began his interest in real estate at an early age. While working in his father’s construction company he gained an immense amount of knowledge in the construction industry of residential homes. As the company developed and sold homes, Todd's interest grew stronger. Todd received a bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, with a Business Minor. He then went on to receive a master's degree in Human Resources Organizational Development. While working with his real estate Agents license, he then received his Broker's License. Todd has also recently received his PMC (Property Manager Certification) certificate through the California Association of Realtors. Todd is a member of CAR, NAR, Pacific West Association of Realtors (2015 Director on Board of Directors), and IFMA (International Facility Management Association). Todd also enjoys coaching and refereeing local soccer, playing / watching sports, as well as being actively involved in his church.
