Todd Lambeth

Todd Lambeth is Executive President/Managing Partner of Marketing for Dallas-based Bradford. Mr. Lambeth focuses on leasing and brokerage of warehouse and industrial properties in DFW Airport and Tarrant County submarkets. He specializes in user and investor acquisitions and dispositions which complement his leasing and brokerage expertise. Todd is known for his ability to quickly identify, assess, and fulfill customer needs and requirements. He thrives on the challenges, competition, and active participation that come with the commercial and industrial real estate industry. Additionally, Todd is very good at developing and implementing ideas that facilitate profitable transactions for the firms he represents while ensuring good customer service. Prior to rejoining Bradford, Todd Lambeth has worked with Wingert Real Estate, Colliers International, Bradford Companies and NAI Robert Lynn. Todd also started his own firm, which through fostering and developing Landlord and Tenant relationships, he built to 257,902,000 SF of commercial and warehouse facilities throughout various submarkets. With over 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate business, Todd mainly focuses on Industrial and Flex products. Over the past years, he has completed over 16,000,000 SF of real estate transactions and has closed over 565 transactions throughout his career, valued over $172,682,889. Mr. Lambeth is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals and the Texas Association of Realtors.
