Todd Hughes

Mr. Hughes is an Executive Managing Director responsible for providing real estate advisory and transaction services to corporate end-users and individual and institutional owners of commercial real estate. He is a member of the Industrial Brokerage and Supply Chain and Logistics Solutions Groups. Mr. Hughes also serves as the leader of the Baltimore industrial business, overseeing the operations and growth of the industrial practice in the greater Baltimore metropolitan region and outlying Maryland counties. Mr. Hughes represents the Mid-Atlantic region on the JLL National Industrial Council. Experience Mr. Hughes has more than 27 years of global professional experience, including more than 16 years in the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Hughes joined JLL in 2008 through the acquisition of The Staubach Company. He has extensive experience representing industrial and office users for site selection, leasing, acquisition and disposition requirements across the US and internationally. Mr. Hughes has represented clients such as Nordstrom, Under Armour, Rite Aid, Kroger, Iron Mountain, Procter & Gamble, Leidos, Northrop Grumman, BJ’s Wholesale, XPO Logistics, Tractor Supply and Subaru. He has successfully represented institutional owners for agency leasing of both existing and build to suit product. Immediately prior to joining Staubach, Mr. Hughes was responsible for International Business Development for Northrop Grumman Corporation. In advance of joining Northrop Grumman, Mr. Hughes had worked in the information technology sector, as a marketing manager. Mr. Hughes served six years as an officer in the United States Navy after graduating from the United States Naval Academy. While on active duty, he served as a Surface Warfare Officer including four years of sea duty and two years at the Defense Intelligence Agency as a Directorate Executive Officer. Mr. Hughes held a Top Secret SCI clearance.
