Todd Gubler

Todd obtained a master’s degree from Brigham Young University’s Marriot School of Management and worked as a health care corporate executive prior to real estate. He has 20 years of broad and deep real estate experience including but not limited to Commercial, Investment, Land, Development, Leasing, New Construction, and Residential Real Estate. Working with both Sellers and Buyers, he is an expert in real estate processes, management, negotiations, strategy, contracting, marketing, problem solving, and resource management. As a rookie, he produced over $25.5 million, setting records that still stand. Todd has been a top producer since entering the Real Estate industry and he continues to out-perform the market for his clients.
