Todd Checkoff
Todd Checkoff joined Arts + Crafts in 2018. As a member of the Development and Construction Team, Todd is responsible for and well versed in managing commercial and residential construction projects from concepts to completion across our footprint. He is particularly proficient evaluating project scope and developing and managing construction budgets, negotiating construction contracts, scheduling construction timelines and workflow, and identifying and overcoming construction and project obstacles. Prior to joining Arts + Crafts, Todd started his real estate career 17 ago with Big Sky Management as a developer and builder of single and multi-family affordable housing portfolios. He later took on the role of the senior portfolio manager for the Pennsylvania based affordable housing company. Mr. Checkoff is a graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management and Supply Chain Management.
