Todd is responsible for representing clients in solving their problems as they relate to commercial real estate. Todd's expertise includes site selection, property dispositions and acquisitions, lease negotiations and strategic consulting. His experience and technical knowledge gives him an in-depth understanding of the complex nature of real estate and the mitigation of the associated risks. Over the past 37+ years in the commercial real estate business in Fort Worth, Todd has negotiated more than 39 million square feet of commercial property leases, acquisitions, and dispositions. In addition, he has completed over 3,000 acres in site selection services for both corporations and public entities.
