Todd J. Brinkman joined Cushman & Wakefield's Northern Virginia Leasing Team in 2003. He is responsible for both Tenant and Landlord representation in the Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland markets and has 20-plus years of experience in commercial real estate. Todd is a member of the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR) and was the Top 10 producer in Northern Virginia in 2007 and is annually a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club. Previously, Todd was a Senior Director of Leasing at Vornado/Charles E. Smith Commercial Realty’s Virginia headquarters, where he represented both tenants and landlords for more than 14 years. Todd is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a BA degree in Public Relations & Communications.
