Toby Tewell

Since joining Lee & Associates - Riverside in 2007 Toby has focused on industrial transactions, including sales, leasing, investment and development, in the Riverside, Corona/Norco and I-215 corridor marketplaces. Toby continues to provide honest evaluations and creative solutions to assist business owners, commercial managers and institutional investors in making the best decisions related to commercial assets. Over his career, Toby has completed over 1,000 commercial transactions, totaling over 8 M square feet and over $325 M in consideration. Toby became a shareholder in the Lee & Associates – Riverside office in 2014. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Toby attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX where he received his BBA, MBA and JD. Toby practiced law in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution section of Winstead P.C. focusing primarily on real estate and securities matters. Toby moved to Southern California in 2005 and worked in the mortgage lending department of Washington Mutual. Toby, his wife Katie and their children Luke, Graham & Collins, currently live in Claremont, CA.
