Toby has been with Maggs & Allen for over 20 years. With an extensive knowledge of the retail, industrial, office, leisure and commercial/mixed use investment property market he is well placed to advise on the best course of marketing. Over the years Toby has established excellent relationships with corporate clients, private investors and developers whose repeat business has cemented Maggs & Allen’s position at the forefront of the Bristol property market. Toby is a Chartered Surveyor and a RICS Registered Valuer and regularly provides RICS compliant Red Book valuations to assist with property acquisitions, Pension Providers, to assist with the calculation of Inheritance and Capital Gains Tax, for Matrimonial purposes, and has experience acting as an Expert Witness for the court.
