TJ Hochanadel

He serves as a strategic transaction advisor and broker specialist for various corporate occupiers in New York City and throughout the world. In addition, Mr. Hochanadel leads the day-to-day transaction team for the JLL/Blackstone Portfolio Company partnership, in which JLL represents Blackstone owned companies with their various commercial real estate needs throughout the world. Mr. Hochanadel leads a comprehensive real estate process for each of his clients, which includes customized transaction strategic planning, market expertise and coordination, and financial analysis for various scenarios. Experience Mr. Hochanadel has five years of experience as a real estate broker in New York City. He has worked toward the completion of over 1 million s.f. of various transactions and projects throughout the world since he began his career with JLL. Education and Affiliations Mr. Hochanadel earned a bachelor of science in communications and marketing from Cornell University. He played on the Varsity Football Team for four years as a Free Safety. He is currently a member of the Entrepreneurship at Cornell Advisory Council, The Real Estate Board of New York, the Cornell University Alumni Association and the Cornell Football Association.
