TJ has been negotiating lease and purchase transactions for more than 20 years on behalf of his corporate clients. He has leased and sold more than 5 million square feet of office, R&D, laboratory, and industrial space. TJ sits on multiple non-profit boards and enjoys family time with his 3 beautiful children and wife Kristi. Prior to joining Cresa Madison, Mr. Blitz served as a Sales & Leasing Director for T. Wall Properties, the largest developer/landlord in the state of Wisconsin, for eight years. Professional Experience: TJ has worked in many major urban centers including New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle and Milwaukee. As a Principal, TJ contributes extensive knowledge of the landlord’s perspective to each client assignment, streamlining the lease negotiation process and maximizing the benefits to every tenant with whom he works.
