With more than 16 years of industry experience in both residential and commercial markets, Tito Ghose brings a unique understanding and knowledge of Manhattan real estate to his clients. Starting his career as a residential agent, Tito won both "Rookie of the Year" and "Top Producer" awards in his first year at Halstead Real Estate and continued to be ranked at the top of the company. His segue into the commercial real estate field proved equally successful as he was able to generate $25 million in sales his first year. This included acquisitions of a 310-room hotel development site, a 12-story residential condo project, and various investment properties. Having joined Halstead’s commercial division in its infancy and during one of the worst commercial real estate environments in New York City, Tito helped build the division and generated more than $75 million in sales along with 25,000 square feet of office and retail leasing. His notable commercial transactions include the sale of a 125-room hotel for $52.5 million, a 18,000-square-foot commercial co-op in SoHo, and a medical office building on the Upper West Side. Tito Ghose won Halstead Real Estate’s Top Commercial broker award for 2010 & 2011. Focusing on the needs and desires of his buyers and sellers, Tito has created a consistent base of repeat business and referrals.
