Timothy Weinman

Mr. Weinman is the driving force behind Weinman Real Estate. He has over 45 years of experience in the Shopping Center, Commercial and Multifamily real estate industries. He successfully managed, leased, and developed for some of the nation’s leading developers and Real Estate Companies; including Edward J. DeBartolo, Oxford Development and JJ Gumberg Co. He managed and leased some of the largest malls and open air centers in the country including Century 3, South Hills Village, Village Square in Pa and millions of sf of GLA in open air centers in eight states. He has proven abilities to assemble difficult sites, steer them through site plan approval, manage construction from raw dirt to store opening, and preparing and managing development pro forma’s is a well-documented record of success. He completed development, leases and or sales with some of the Nation’s leading companies including Walgreens, McDonalds, JC Penney, Staples, KFC, Taco Bell and Dollar General. He was most recently President/Partner of PennTex Ventures, LLC for 15 years where he led a 50 member professional development team that developed, constructed and sold $500,000,000 in commercial retail real estate including 250 Dollar General stores, Aldi's, Pets Mart, 7-11's, Buffalo Wild Wings, and an array of national tenants. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1981, Member of ICSC and Director of the local Board of Realtors. He graduated from Penn State University in 1974 with a Business degree majoring in Marketing and Management,
