Timothy Unich

Year Joined: 2007 Mr. Unich specializes in the acquisition and disposition of commercial, mixed- use, and development properties throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. Prior to joining Eastern Consolidated, Mr. Unich was an Investment Associate at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services where he listed and sold more than $80 million worth of inventory. His main focus was on apartment buildings and development sites. Mr. Unich is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York. Mr. Unich graduated from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Business and Public Administration with a major in Finance.
