Timothy Stiffler

Tim Stiffler provides strategic leadership for Suburban Capital’s investment platform and growth initiatives. In addition, he has direct oversight of portfolio operations, finance and development. Tim chairs the firm’s senior management committee and serves on the investment committee. Tim previously served as President of a large Virginia based hotel company, overseeing the development and operation of the company’s 28 hotels in Virginia and North Carolina prior to the sale of the company. The company was a franchisee and strategic development partner for Marriott International and ranked in the Top 50 Hotel Management Companies. Tim is an honors graduate of the University of Virginia and currently serves on the board of trustees for Norfolk Academy and Westminster Canterbury.
