
Tim Reid is a First Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets, specializing in investment sales. He possesses more than 25 years of experience in Idaho commercial real estate where he has held a number of market-leading positions, including roles as team leader of the commercial department at Fidelity National Title and owner of Grubb & Ellis Idaho Commercial Group, as well as Cushman & Wakefield Commerce. Tim is highly regarded among his fellow colleagues and has presented at local BOMA symposiums as well as other local and national events. Mr. Reid has worked with and established productive, long-lasting relationships with many of the local developers, owners, investors, city officials and economic development agencies. As a result of the depth of his market connections, Tim has brokered several of Idaho’s most-notable deals, including the sale of the Washington Group Plaza, which at 556,000 sq. ft. was Idaho’s largest commercial sale at the time. He is a board member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Idaho Youth Ranch.
