Timothy Lohmann

Tim Lohmann joined the New Jersey office of Avison Young in January of 2015 as an Associate where he will add value to the office leasing team. Prior to Avison Young, Mr. Lohmann worked at Leaders Financial Company, an auto-financing firm, as a client relationship representative. During his tenure there, he managed the 10-17 day deliquent accounts. As a recent graduate of the University of Scranton, Mr. Lohmann’s role at Avison Young is to apply his knowledge of local market dynamics to assist clients in advancing their corporate objectives through strategic real estate counsel.
