Tim Henderson is the Broker-in-Charge and Managing Partner of ALF Properties, bringing more than 15 years of experience in real estate and business leadership. Throughout his career, Tim has led small businesses while wearing many hats, with experience spanning marketing and advertising, sales, operations, logistics, and mergers and acquisitions. He also has significant experience working directly with C-suite executives of multi-billion-dollar companies, analyzing real estate opportunities and presenting data-driven recommendations to support major investment and strategic decisions. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rider University and brings a practical, analytical approach to helping clients make confident real estate decisions.
